Rates, operation, services - we explain it all.
Why should I have my ventilation ducts cleaned?
Over time, dust, allergens, mold and even pet hair accumulate in your system. Cleaning helps improve air quality, reduce odours and make your system more efficient - all while protecting your health.
How often should the ducts be cleaned?
In general, we recommend cleaning every 3 to 5 years. But if you have pets, allergies, or have recently renovated, it's best to do it more often.
How do I know if my ducts need cleaning?
If you notice dust coming out of the grilles, persistent bad smells, or you're sneezing more often at home... it's probably time for a good cleaning.
Does cleaning make a lot of noise or mess?
Not at all. We use professional equipment with powerful vacuum systems. It's fast, clean, and leaves the house just as you found it - except the air is fresher!
How long does a cleaning take?
A complete cleaning usually takes between 2 and 4 hours, depending on the size of the house and the services chosen.
Do you also clean air exchangers, heat pumps and dryers?
Yes, we do! We take care of everything to do with ventilation: air exchangers, wall or central heat pumps, dryer ducts, bathroom fans, and so on.
Is it safe for children or pets?
Yes. We use no toxic chemicals, and our tools are designed to be safe and effective.
Do I have to leave the house during the service?
You don't have to! You can stay at home - it's discreet, quick, and we'll keep you informed throughout the process.
Can I get a free quote?
Yes! You can fill out the online form or call us directly. We'll give you a free no-pressure inspection.
Are you certified?
Yes, our team is certified by INVC and we follow industry standards. We're also in the process of obtaining NADCA certification to go even further.
